Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We currently offer shipping to the European Union and worldwide on selected countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please send us an email at hello@batchxi.com. Shipping rates are flat fees based on your delivery address and are calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@batchxi.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
